How can I access the pretest for an upcoming class?

I don’t remember my username and/or password. How can I log in?

  • Most usernames are the email address that you registered with in the previous system. To reset your password, please click on the “Forgot your password?” link to reset your password. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions on how to reset your password. Once this is done, you should be able to log in.
  • If you have further difficulties logging in, please call EdCor (303-997-8695) for further assistance.

My employer pays for my class, but when I view my account it shows that I have an outstanding balance. Why is this?

  • For corporate billed students, EdCor bills your employer after the class completion, so the account balance does not reflect the corporate payment. If you have any questions please call EdCor at 303-997-8695.

Why do I need to pay a deposit if my employer is paying for the class?

  • EdCor follows AHA and ENA mandatory guidelines for student/instructor ratios and instructors are scheduled based upon the number of registered students. EdCor’s contracted facilities pay after the class and will not reimburse EdCor for late cancellation or no shows and instead have approved the collection of a refundable deposit to ensure student attendance.
  • If you cancel or reschedule in less time than our cancellation policy of 48 hours of your registered class start time or do not show up to the class without any notification, EdCor will retain you deposit to account for the unused registration slot. This policy was agreed upon by EdCor’s contracted facilities and hospitals.

When will my AHA Card be Sent ?

EdCor issues all BLS, ACLS and/PALS certificates via eCertificates. eCertificates are issued upon completion of the class usually within 4 days. If your employer is paying for your class the eCertificate is issued upon receiving payment or based upon the agreements with the employer.

Issues that may delay your card delivery are:

  • If you are responsible for full payment for your certification, full payment is required to receive your certificate.
  • You did not provide the information your employer requires from EdCor for corporate billed students. Please check your email for an email from info@edcor.net for an email requesting additional information.
  • If you are unsure if your employer pays for your class please check with your education manager or call EdCor so we can assist you. Alternately, you may pay the class and have your facility reimburse you directly for the certification, if applicable. A paid invoice will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment that may be used for this purpose.
  • AHA requires a pre-test for all ACLS and PALS classes. If you did not turn in a pre-test to the course director on the day of the class, you will have to send or fax a copy to EdCor immediately after the class.
  • For Heartcode/skills checkoff classes a copy of the part 1 online portion is required prior to EdCor issuing your certificate. If you did not provide this at the start of the class it will need to be sent to EdCor before we are able to issue your certificate.
  • Email to info@edcor.net
  • Fax to 303.993.4378

When will my deposit be returned?

  • If you paid for the deposit on your credit card and the class is within 25 days EdCor only holds the deposit amount as a pending charge, after the class the charge will be cancelled. If the class is more than 25 days out, EdCor will issue a refund for the deposit amount when the class has completed. This will appear on your credit card statement/online account. If you do not see it has been returned within 10 business days after the class (approximately 2 weeks), please call EdCor (303-997-8695) or email (edcor@comcast.net).
  • If you paid with a check, then the uncashed check will be returned to you in the mail. If you do not receive it, please call EdCor (303-997-8695) or email (edcor@comcast.net).
