Deposit Policy

For Corporate Billed Students

  • You will be required to pay the deposit as negotiated by your employer to complete the registration for the class.
  • Please ensure within your account you have your Employer/Affiliation selected to receive the correct billing.
  • When you show up for the class, your deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the completion of the class and the class fee will be billed to your employer.
  • If your employer refuses payment for the class or you selected an Employer/Affiliation to which you are not associated, you are responsible for payment for the class and will be invoiced, the issuing of your certification may be delayed until the invoice is paid.

All Students

  • If you cancel, late transfer or do not show up for the class, the fee as stated in the cancellation policy will be deducted from your class deposit/payment and the remainder will be refunded to you

Cancellation Policy effective 1/1/2023

Payment for the class is due 7 days prior to the start of the class. If the class is being billed to your employer then the deposit must be paid by the student to register for the class. See deposit policy below for additional information regarding deposits.

Cancellation or switching class dates for the class you are scheduled for must be done by email to info@edcor.net.

Please note CANCELLATION or TRANSFER in the subject line along with the class type and class date.

Early Cancellation

The early cancellation fee of $5.00 is based upon the number of days prior to the cancellation.

  • For TNCC, ENPC and NRP classes the early cancellation is 14 days prior to the class.
  • For all other classes the early cancellation is 7 days prior to the class.

 

Late Cancellation or Transfer

The late cancellation\transfer fee is based upon the class type.

  • For TNCC, ENPC and NRP classes the late cancellation\transfer period is 14 – 4 days prior to the class and the late cancellation\transfer fee is $50.00.
  • For ACLS, PALS and EKG classes the late cancellation\transfer period is 7 – 2 days prior to the class and the late cancellation\transfer fee is $50.00
  • For all other classes the late cancellation\transfer period 7 – 2 days prior to the class and the late cancellation\transfer fee is $25.00.

 

No Show or Post Late Cancellation\Transfer

For a No Show or Post Late Cancellation\Transfers the fees paid are retained and not transferrable to another class.

If your schedule changes please contact EdCor as early as possible to avoid cancellation and transfer charges.

 

Books and Materials

If you ordered books or materials in association with your class, they will be available for pickup or mailed according to the information for the item.

For corporate billed students in which your employer pays for books, you can call EdCor at 303.997.8695 to have the item added to your registration to avoid the charge being added to the online registration when you are checking out. This applies to the BLS Checkoff as well.

There are no refunds for books or materials once they have been shipped or picked up.
