We require payment for classes to be made at least one week prior to the scheduled class.  This allows us to hold your spot in the class.  If we go to a waiting list status you will be given notification that we have changed status and that your payment is due.

Cancellation of a Class

If you wish to cancel in a class we can reschedule you for a later date. Assuming that you have already paid for the class, we need at least one week notice for a full refund. If you cancel 3 days to 6 days ahead of time there is a $30.00 non-refundable fee. You are still given the opportunity to reschedule to a different class without penalty.Due to the fact we need to pay instructors we must have cancellation with refund prior to 48 hours.  Any notice given 1-2 days in advance there is no refund.

One week or more   100% refund and/or an opportunity to reschedule
3-6 days           $30 cancellation fee unless you reschedule
0-2 days           No refund. Can reschedule only

The above policy is for Non Centura clients.

**TNCC AND ENPC are subject to a different cancellation policy. This applies to Centura as well as Non Centura clients. It is stated below:

Cancellation or switching dates for the class date for which you are scheduled must be made to EdCor, LLC at 303-997-8695

Cancellation policy for the class is as follows:

1. 14 days before the start date of the class.
2. If you do not show at all for the class or do not cancel with us as stated above, you will be responsible for the entire course fee.
3. 30% fee from 7-14 days (90.00)
4. 50% fee from 4-6 days  (150.00)
5. 100% fee from 0-3 days  (300.00)
