COVID 19 Precautions
Why do I need to pay a deposit if my employer is paying for the class?
- EdCor follows AHA, AAP and ENA mandatory guidelines for student/instructor ratios and instructors are scheduled based upon the number of registered students. EdCor’s contracted facilities allow EdCor to invoice after the class and will not reimburse EdCor for late cancellation\late transfer and no-shows fees. Due to this students pay a deposit when registering for the class. Provided you employer has validated your registration and authorized EdCor to invoice for the class, when you attend the class your class deposit is refunded to you and the class is invoiced to your employer. If at the time of the class your employer has not validated your registration or declined the validation, then the student is responsible for payment for the class.
- If your employer does not pay for materials (books, online access codes), the payment for these items is retained from your payment and only the class deposit amount is refunded.
- If you cancel or reschedule in less time than our cancellation policy of your registered class start time or do not show up to the class without notification, EdCor will retain you deposit to account for the unused registration slot.
