Whether or not you have a partner, dancing is a fun and active activity. Check out your local social dancing centers for social fun and activity to keep your heart working.

Walk and Talk
Hit up your local parks or lakes and take a walk through nature before the seasons change to take in a bit of fresh air and take steps toward a healthy heart.

Dinner at home
Treat yourself and your partner, if you have one, by cooking a nice, home dinner. Make sure to keep the veggies high and the sodium low to tackle your heart health. No need to go out to indulge in fatty, salty, and unhealthy restaurant foods today.

Get some “Zzz”s
Aim for seven hours of sleep tonight to keep your heart rested and healthy. So cuddle up, and get quality sleep.
